General indicators not flashing

hi,this is my first posting and my first car, my indicator lights come on but don't flash. I don't have a Haynes manual i've checked the 15 A fuse and also the earthing point looks good any ideas? [?]

hi welcome to the forum
if its both sides and no bulbs have blown, then it could be the flasher unit

do you know where the flashing unit is located,and what might be wrong with it?

i am not sure where it is on a panda, someone will say in a while i recon, they just die they are just a little box thing you just pull out and put in a new one, only be a few pound. on other fiats they are blue and are under the steering coulum cover just behind the steering wheel.

On the all models its a silver cylindrical relay under the dash near the steering column.

If it's not the relay it's probably one of the earths (most likely)
