10 years of search has come to a success!
Now you can connect to any Fiat Punto/Tempra 1.6 GM Rochester ECU for cheap!
After searching and trying many programs such as ״VISA״ or ״UNISCAN״ that needs very old hardware or pc, serial cards etc.
Or drive to find a garage that has the old Fiat Examiner, and pay for a one time scan.
Now you can connect with this fake Delphi DS150E scanner from aliexpress!
*The good thing about this ECU, is that EML (engine management light) will only come on when there is a real problem with a sensor or something.
Stored fault codes would not bring on the EML (so no need to delete codes after you change a bad sensor).

Just type "Delphi DS150" on aliexpress and get one from any seller (it costs around 50$ max with all the necessary cables)
What's in the kit?
A fake Delphi DS150E scanner, along with FIAT 3 Pin cable connector (to ECU + Battery)
This is the program:
Scanner is connected to the ECU along with - and + to Battery terminals.
Scanner is connected to my Laptop with USB cable:
Pc recognizes the scanner on COM3 port:
Next thing to do is just click on "OBD" icon, and turn on ignition/engine:
Connection established!
Fault codes are now revealed!
Enjoy!
