There isn’t really a simple guide because it’s not just an external O-ring swap.
On the Panda (169), the camshaft seal/O-ring sits behind the cam pulley, so you’ll need to remove the timing belt and pulley to access it. It’s basically almost the same level of work as doing a timing belt job.
If you’re going in there, it’s worth considering doing the rocker gasket plus o-rings and the timing belt at the same time if it hasn’t been done recently.
Just make sure the timing is properly locked and set on reassembly.

Fitting the timing belt with crank and cam locked will cause the timing to be one tooth retarded when the locks are removed. White mark the cam pulley and you will see that the cam has to be set one tooth "out". Tensioning the belt then pulls it correctly into line.

To fit the fist one that @thesmithsUK posted you don't touch the belt, timing or anything like that

It's just on a plate you remove change the seal and screw back

As long as they posted the correct part it's simple

And I found an excellent 'how-to' video
That is one great video. Thank you for sharing.
I thought you need to get the camshaft down in order to get to the oring, but obviously you don't. Just the coil packs support will do. And you are there. So, very easy job, actually.
I never got why they made the cam cover end open there, with the oring. Was there something connected before, that would be turned by the camshaft? I think there must have been. And it took them a while to modify it. Many engines now have that cover end closed, no oring needed.
