Styling How much to fit a body kit?

How much am i looking to have a body kit fitted and sprayed to my mark 2 punto, it consists of front and rear replacement bumbers, rear spoiler and side skirts. ive heard the body shop might want the car for a few weeks is this true?

It can take a while depending on how many cars they do at a time.

My advice would be (if you have the time) to fit the front and rear bumpers yourself to save time and money. Depending on the quality of the items very little work should need doing for them to fit. I would also say have a go at the skirts if they mearly run along the bottom of the car and not up over the arches.

When I went to my local bodyshop they quoted me over £650 and a 10 month wait for fitting a kit and spraying, I fitted it myself which took about 4 hours. Went back they quoted me £380 for spraying and a fortnight wait[8D]
