Hi to all, from ex 2015 Fiat Panda 4x4 owner

Hi all good to be here, as per title, ex 2015 Fiat Panda 1.3 multijet owner and soon to be owner of 2013 Fiat Qubo 1.3 multijet automatic, if all goes well 01/03 bit of flying and driving to do to collect and bring home wee road trip with my wife. Any and all advice/things to check etc on the Qubo would be appreciated.

Hello,

Remember it's not an automatic, but a robotized gearbox. It gets problematic if not taken properly care of. FIAT names this gearbox Dualogic / Comfortmatic / Selespeed / F1, depending on the car make. You can look over the forum threads to have an idea.

12 year old DuaLogic makes me a bit nervous.

As Green Vanper says, this transmission needs precise and regular servicing. Which they often don't get.

I would want evidence that it's been well looked after, that both transmission fluid levels are correct, and reassurance the current owner isn't passing on a 'box of troubles.
