I have a 2016 500x with 113,000 miles and it’s experiencing major electoral problems. Last week it l ft me stranded and acted like the starter was bad before I put it in the air I tried the hammer against the starter trick and bam started right up. Store and when I came out it would not start. I climbed underneath hit the starter and nothing messed with the battery cables and it fired right up. EXCEPY now and h electrical symbol flashes constantly and the car won’t go over 30 mph or 3000 on tach. It starts fine no problems at all just won’t go anywhere,’ I believe it is in limp mode and not sure what or why. I haven’t had a chance to check the codes yet was. Curious if anyone else has had this problem.. thank you in advance
