Good starting points are:

Scuttle Drain / duckbills

Immobiliser / spare key

Can save you some grief in the coming months

scuttle drain/duckbills ok just google it and thats a great idea as the vivaro i owned had similar issues with blocked drains that used to cause a leak on the injectors and seize them in the head to make removal impossibe, thanks for the info, and spare key i need, what do i need to do with the immobiliser?

You can get a local key cutter to build a manual chipped key quite cheaply(@£60)

Accessing ECU will help clone the original key

That will clear the Immobiliser
