Tuning HGT DRIVING POSITION

Hi guys,
I have a punto hgt and i dont like the driving position its to high and the steroids its too far, i heard say someone made domething like a biggie steering hub bue for oem steering, o want to keep the oem steering but more close to me.
If someone could help me say something.

Later Puntos can have a seat that also adjusts up and down. Has your car got that?
