I have a fuse what has blown but was does the fuse mean it says that is a f36 do I need it ? And what does it do ??

Do you need it? Well probably not its no use to you whatsoever. Does the car need it? Most likely, I'd replace it for the sake of your safety and any passengers.

According to my manual Fuse F36 -15amp is the subwoofer sytem

If you have a Fiat Boom Boom box in the boot - thats you Bass gone out the window New fuse time

However a blown isn't the cause, it a symptom
You need to find out why it blew that fuse

Ohhh I don't need that lol and I have the yellow flashing light and a soild red light on ,do u no what it could be ? (I think it is the air bag lights)

sounds like airbag lights,

take battery lead off and leave 5 mins
then check connections under seats,

might be a bad connection, mine did this until igot the soldering iron out,
them connectors can be a p.i.t.a.

If not that, it might need the modified loom from fiat that Andy did a video on.

just look under front of seats, if plugs are there they pull forward on aplastic
sheild thing,

Nope I have nutting under the seats and nope no side airbags

i think only the HGT is the only 1 with seat airbags

Yes - the punto unlike its brothers like the bravo wont reset on its own

yes, you will need to clear the light im afraid, no reset on these cars! stupid fiat!
