Technical HELP Please! Parcel Shelf Clip

Hi,
Hoping someone can help / advise.

My partner has at some point broken one of the clips for the parcel shelf - it has completely come out of the trim. We haven’t been able to find it and currently there is just a hole!
Are these purchasable? I cannot find anything tipo specific anywhere!
Pics attached of the other side w and w/o shelf clipped on.

I believe this was a common issue on the old Tipos. I have one missing off my Seicento as well.

Just trying to work out if they are replaceable, and if so from where! My OH is handing car back to lease company in month or so’s time. Wanted to try and sort as know they will charge ridiculous amounts for it!

If you look on eBay for parcel shelf clips you'll find something suitable, especially if it's a lease going back !
