Hello -Start/Stop issue Ducato 2020

Hello all, recently started getting the engine warning light on, followed by auto start/stop unavailable- is this an issue with anyone else? Any advice appreciated

On the 500,s this can be caused by the main earth strap being corroded might be worth checking yours!
