Hello, Multipla and Panda owner

Hello,
I'm Jean-François from Aix-en-Provence in France. I'm looking for help to change the Blue&Me language on my 2016 Panda as it currently speaks italian.
I know that some files need to be downloaded, put on a USB key, but I don't know where to find them or where to insert the USB key.
