Fiat can still supply some parts, so it is worth checking with your local Fiat dealer. It will be expensive, but you won't have to pay the shipping.
You can find a lots of parts on eBay: original, pattern parts, new and used.
lukmek, one of the forum members, has been helping a number of us find difficult to find parts and have them shipped (normally from Italy), so I'm sure they can be shipped to you.
Finally, you can post a request for parts in the relevant section here on the forum. You would be surprised what parts are in the back of hundred's of garages across Europe.
