If you think the quality controls bad? wait until you experience the customer service :eek: :poop:🤔
I've dealt with customer service (or the lack thereof)
In November I found out that cruise control didn't work.
After a two-week wait, they diagnosed that the front-facing camera was not working.
Quality Control should have flagged that: "Computer to camera: are you there? Feeling well?"
They'd have to order one. It arrived end of November. Could I bring the car in to have that fitted? Earliest available date 15th January.
Then I found out that the car wouldn't fast charge. That's pretty bad for an electric car I wanted to take to Germany over Christmas.
So I dropped the car off on 12th December.
On January 16th I got a text inquiring why I hadn't shown up to have the camera replaced. That's when I really knew how bad they were.
Mid-February they had replaced the battery, but not the camera.
End of February, after 11 weeks they had that sorted as well.

Their sales team were efficient though :)

And now that it actually works... I like the car...
 
The other day I was stuck at some traffic lights.
An old geezer walks past the 600e. Stops and looks at the car. Looks at the front, walks back, looks at the back, looks at the front again.
Then he looks at me and gives me two thumbs up.
The 600e seems to be a looker.
