Hello, I'm Veki from Belgium, this is my first time on the forum, so I definitely need your help

The Fiat always gives an error that the particulate filter is full, the previous owner took out the particulate filter so there is none in it, I didn't know.

So I have already replaced many sensors
Exhaust pressure sensor + pipe and hose are good and open
Particulate filter differential pressure sensor + pipe and hose good and open Nox sensors

Let it regenerate Learned and reset with computer sensors Keeps giving the error that the soot filter is overfull

You can still drive with the fault only to 70 kmh, you can still calmly go to 120 kmh slowly, a kind of light limp mode I think

I don't really know what to do anymore and neither does the garage Anyone have experience with this or have had one? Would be happy if it got resolved Thanks in advance everyone

You could maybe use diagnostics to tell ECU that a new DPF has been fitted, but it sounds like, if the previous owner had the DPF removed then the ECU side was not completed correctly.
Are you getting pressure readings from the DPF sensors, or have they been bypassed in some odd way?

Yes we have tell the ecu that there is a new dpf
Learn the nieuw sensors reset the parameters , the readings are good not too much soot reading

I don't immediately see some bypass

Did the previous owner say exactly what he did?
If the DPF was still on , some Ducato camper vans used to have an issue with faulty DPF pressure sensors, to the point that it was the first thing the Fiat mechanics would go for.
Does your diagnostic give live data from the before and after pressure sensors?

The previous owner talk no more , the sensors are changes and nieuw , According to the garage everything would be read correctly

The garage say something with the ecu maybe ? Some update or replacement , but I first wanted to hear from somewhere else or get confirmation because it is pricey

sorry for my english 🙂

So previous owner no help!:(
If the DPF has definitely been "bypassed"/ removed, but ECU side not dealt with correctly, then your choices are, to get a ECU tuning specialist to tell the ECU to ignore the error code /not show it, or to fit another DPF as standard.
You may find when Emissions tested at next MOT that it will fail if error warning not written out of ECU correctly.:(

OK, thank you, then I'm afraid I will incur costs, but thank you very much for helping me 👍👍
