I'm having trouble starting my 1991 Fiat Ducato. I assume it's because of the recent cold snap because it started perfectly about 2 weeks ago. Before I jump start it or try to recharge the battery, I want to rule out simpler problems.
Anybody know where I can find the cord that heats the engine block? I checked under the front bumper but couldn't find anything, and I don't see any plugs sticking out of the grill.
