Punto (Mk2/2b) Heater fan not working

Hi. My 2003 punto has a faulty heater fan. It doesn't work on 1, 2, or 3 but blows lukewarm air on 4. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

This is usually a problem with the heater resistor pack. This thread will point you in the right direction!

it works on 4, but poorly?

Then it might be the earthing connector going to pop

I'd check the resistor pack first - more of a common failure
