Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, the 3rd of march marked 30 years since the launch of the panda at the Geneva Motor show 1980.

ummm.. 'bout 2003.
just stopped selling them over here.
30 years though. and still nobody else seems to have caught on to the genius of the hammock dashboard

Was June/July 2003 iirc, went from production of the mk2 and went and started the mk3 almost straight away from what I remember.

We had one of the last UK registered Panda's on a late 95 'N' Plate. They must have found it in one of the dealerships' cupboards

We now have one of the first Mk2 Classic Panda's on an early 86 'D' There are a couple of other 'D' reg Mk"'s out there, plus a couple of even earlier Mk1's :worship:

My 1995 is on a 52 plate! How bizzare is that?

When imported from N.Ireland there was apparently some kind of mix up and the DVLA slapped a 52 plate on it lol
