Hello, bought this car 2 months ago and in the beggining everything was fine (or I thought so). Soon enough I noticed dark spots on the parking spot. Its been leaking for a while, lets say a 1-2 drops a day for a month and a half already and I cant seem to notice the engine oil level go down yet. The car has 1.3mjet and has 170k on the clock. Didnt have much free time to bring it to a serious mechanic, although one did a quick inspecton on it and couldnt determine where does it come from since its spreaded out from everyday driving... Does anyone else have the same leaking spots? I will provide videos and picture in addition. Thanks in advance!

You really need to take off the top plastic cover and steam clean or something to locate the leak as it is everywhere.
Obviously don't get the ECU computer wet.
With that cover off you can see if oil building up around the injectors from leaking cam carrier area, also it looks like oil around the high pressure injector pump , possible the O ring where it is bolted to the engine.
The oil is everywhere on both sides so I suspect it is leaking from around the top of the engine down, has the engine been stripped down in the past and poorly put back together?
Another thing on those engines even though the oil level may be OK try smelling the engine oil to see if it smells like diesel as sometimes the injectors leak diesel into the sump.

My thought is that its had a replacement sump not too long ago and the job wasn't done properly. So you'll need it done again.

To check for this wipe around the sump and ensure its as clean and oil free as possible. Pay particular attention to cleaning all the bolts. Then go for a long drive and check to see if there's any oil where the sump meets the engine block.

Some of the photos show oil leaking from higher up than the sump although I agree that does look like it has been "worked on" also:)

A mechanic left my car like this last year. The oil will blow upwards from the sump, odd as that sounds. Changing the sump was my very first job :)

Of course the oil could be coming from somewhere else but its best to rule this out as well as look higher up.
