Glue!!!!

Anyone have any idea on how to remove the glue from under the badges, ive got most of it off but there are sum stubborn glue marks left that won't come off with boiling water or a hairdryer, any clues?

try parrafin and elbow grease.

my elbow is greased out! ive been goin at it for hours, ill try the parrafin idea though, will it not get rid off any paint? Although the debadging job does look good from a distance but not from close

Tar remover and (I cannot specify this enough) elbow grease. If I can strip decals and badges off and T-cut a whole Cinq in one day, I am sure you can manage this

He is, lucky lad just found out in another thread he lives just down the road from me. And no, I'm not doing it (unless it's still there by camping time)

hehe doubt it should have some of ma vinals on by camping time, if you want a good vinal place give mick mathers signs a ring they are in the unit next to where i work and they are good and will do ya anything, gonna ask em to sort out my glue tomorrow.

BOILING WATER!!! works a treat ive used it on a sponge to remove widow tint glue and when debagin- just be carefull - soak a sponge and hold ot over the glue for 30 secs then rub off
