Hey ya folks how much to swop a gear box IV a Cinquecento here 1996 IV a spare gearbox how much would it roughly cost in a garage to swop it over any rough idea

Probably the same as a clutch change? Which presumably you'd do at the same time anyway?

User in Dublin was recently quoted €700 for 169 Panda, but that sounds expensive.

UK would be £300-£400 so should be no more than €500.

If you have the gearbox I'd also guess €500.

Should be able to get it done somewhere for €300 ish, also can be done on a driveway with basic enough tools, can be a bit fiddly by urself but doable.
