Technical Gearbox speed sensor nu

I own a 2008 bravo 1.4 petrol manual the problem is I bought a new sensor for it but can't find where it's supposed to go I've read some instructions on where it's supposed to be but can't seem to find it anywhere? Are there any pictures or info or have I been sent the wrong sensor.

Most vehicle speed sensors are driven from a gear on the top of the diff housing where the drive shafts come out of the gearbox.
Unless other can advise better.

When you look at the diagrams on EPER,

IT SHOULD give you a good idea of location,

Following the cable is a good idea once you are under the bonnet
