Panda 2012+ FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER

Hi my FIAT PANDA 2013 easy FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER SPLAHGUARD TRIM LEFT PASSENGERS came lose and my tier rubbed a hole in the part marked in the photo the question is can i replace this part without replacing the hole liner and if so what is the part called so i can search for it thanks in advance

You can always mend things, but it would be awkward. Best repair option would be some thin sheet aluminium cut a patch and rivet it on. I would just find a good used part from a breakers and pay up. Getting the part out is awkward now, after a repair it would be a pig as it wouldn't flex in the same way. These parts are available most of the time on Ebay.
