Technical Front springs for 1.4 MultiAir Turbo

Looking for the correct front springs for my 1.4 MA Turbo to replace one that has just snapped.

There seems to be a vast array of different compatible springs at a wide range of prices across Ebay, GSF, ECP etc

Any tips on how to pick the correct ones? Anyone know the original part numbers for these? Are cheaper springs any good or will they just break again?

Any advice appreciated please?

I am temped just to go for the Lesjofors for about £70 a piece at GSF but seeing some as cheap as £20 each elsewhere wonder if I am paying over the odds? Shop4Parts have original FCA parts at around £160 !

At the bottom of the forum banner you've got ePER, the FIATs' spare parts catalogue. You can browse by models and categories of search by VIN of your car. The search windows is top left of the screen.

Searching by VIN eliminates going through different options of the same model, so shall give you more precise results.

Try finding out which company was a supplier of the factory. And look for springs from the same producer. They know best the factory specs and shall have the closest ones on the aftermarket. Perhaps there's a list of the companies that supplied FIAT factories on the forum?
