Hi Franda, excellent news, you've got her at last (I guess it's a her as you are considering Florence) and the pictures are great. Of course it will look better in the company of all the other 500s at the NFM6 so don't forget to bring your camera.

Because they have been uploaded as attachments you won't actually see your car in the pictures that form the slideshow at the top of the page, for this to happen you will need to upload them to the forum gallery.

If you would like to do this and need any help PM me and I'll do my best to "talk" you through it.

Nice car, see these Volare Blue cars are starting to get popular..

I like the way the colour changes in light, goes to quite a deep turquoise in darker light, and a very light baby blue in bright sunlight. Yours looks identical to mine, I do wonder whether I should have tried a Dualogic car when I bought mine..

I like the look of this car. The volare blue with white interior works really well. If I had a choice I think I would go for these colours. Enjoy and thanks for posting the pictures.

Flojo, yes I love purple too. After I'd taken it I realised it was a bit messy with the handbag and mobile in the pic, but never mind...
Tony, will attempt to upload to gallery! I'm still unsure whether it's a girl or boy, my other choice was Marco, but my dad suggested Florence and I think that ties in well with the cuteness and the Italian homage.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could get a purple 500 - pandas have that option and it would'be been nice to get the choice.
I've never given my cars a name, I don't think this one will be any different
I'm beginning to wish I'd specced different wheels on mine now (the 15" U spoke ones) but when I'm driving around in it I won't be able to see them anyway

I was thinking more of a flat pastel style purple, I've got a nail polish in this shade (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_8D5qVf5VM...0/opi-a-grape-fit-paige-denim-bright-pair.jpg) and it's what I'd personally love as a car colour

There are a couple of benefits to this, firstly you are able to add any photos you have in your gallery to a post/thread just by clicking the camera icon that is in the top RH corner.(you need to be in advanced mode to see it)

Also, if anyone wants to see your photos all they need to do is click on your title above your avatar and select "view frandas photo gallery"

I'm beginning to wish I'd specced different wheels on mine now (the 15" U spoke ones) but when I'm driving around in it I won't be able to see them anyway

FloJo, as the wheels are one of the last things to be fitted it is probably the only thing that you might be able to change even towards the end of the production run. Check with the dealer if you really would like the other wheels, no harm in asking.

Well here she is, lounge spec, no other extra mods - yet!
Not sure what she's called yet, but am leaning towards Florence...
Love it so far, just getting used to the dualogic gearbox and getting 47mpg without trying, ie using the air con and not using ecodrive.

Congratulations Franda on the new Volare TA . Have a bit of a soft spot for the Volare Blue. It might end up becoming a limited colour just like the Cha Cha blue and will be very coveted. You're getting great mpg - must be that gearbox - it probably stops you 'giving it the beans'.

Well, I think the auto box helps with the mpg, but I am definitely " giving it some wellie " a fair bit of the time, just to see how it responds. Much better than my 4x4 panda, but that's a different animal....brilliant for off road though.

OK! so I can see you have done that OK as you now have the option to view your gallery when you click on your title.

Right! now go into "Members Motors" and start a new thread (same as you did before).

Give it the heading you want (the same as on the other thread if you want or choose a new one) and then you can write a little bit about the car and add photos using the camera icon which should be at the top right side. You will end up with two entries in MM but don't worry, you're not the only one that got caught out like that.
