Hi varesecrazy. I haven't got the Fiat part number yet. I wonder if the EAN number is useful. Some Ebay sellers have listings with equivalent part numbers. I'll attach a few more photos to see if these help you confirm a match.

The 1st search I made suggested they are "old fashioned" in design,

For 15 year old cars and some vans
