Technical Flashing red oil lamp symbol on dash when accelerating or going up hills

Fiat Ducato motorhome 53 plate. We have a Flashing red oil lamp symbol on dash when accelerating or going up hills intermittently. We have changed the sensor and it still does it. The light flickers sometimes very faintly and sometimes more intensely and it is not a rhythmic flash and does not stay on. Any ideas of what to try next to fix the issue, please?

Have you tried disconnecting the pressure switch near the turbo? If lamp still flashes, then probably not oil pressure related? Do not forget to reconnect switch whatever you find.

Hi Communicator, thanks for your response we haven't tried running it without the switch connected. We will give that a go.
