people the head of 1242 60cv spi is the same use in 1108 spi???

The diameter of the valves is the same in the two heads? what is different besides the block?
Because I use mechanic petrol pump, and dual carburetor, and need to know which head use.

I need help to swap my 750fire to 1242.

I need help, my 750 to spend much oil, and i want swap to 1242.

I Decide to use a electric petrol pump, to use the engine to operate with full 1242 doubles carburettors, with gear box of fiat uno 60.

what is your opinion?
