Yes, finally bought it!

My new car: Fiat Bravo GT 115 16v (1.8), build 12/1999

bravo_groot.jpg

The plates are still green on this picture, because I made these pictures during a test-ride at the garage. Now the plates are yellow (just like the car :D)

The plans:
1) new exhaust pipe
2) Abarth skirts
3) get it de-badged
4) lower this baby
5) ...insufficient funds for a while

The original exhaust just broke because of the rust! So I will get a free new one from the garage, because it broke after 3 days![)] ... I hope I can arrange an exhaust from Remus or Novitec or something... ideas?? tips?? [^]

'Abarthbravo' -> what kind of exhaust pipe do you have? -> https://www.fiatforum.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2113

Tnx

Tnx! [8D]

Well, for the last couple of months, I've put a lot of my spare time into my Bravo.
A lot of extra's are now inside my Bravo; both in- and exterior.
That's why I wanna show you some 'face-lift' pics!

First, take a look at the pictures above, at my first post, back in July... then scroll down:

PICT0013.jpg

My Abarth bumper! ..including the original bumper, heh.
The paint job was a real success!

PICT0015.jpg

How do you like my new front bumper? ;)
This is just the beginning...

PICT0023.jpg

Ahhh! That's better! ...Damn, I love the shapes of this thing!

PICT0019.jpg

Oh, that's me. I had to remove the airfilter in order to mount the bumper on the side...

PICT0027.jpg

Enjoy.

PICT0029.jpg

The most difficult body part of all: Abarth side skirts.
With 4 guys (including 2 body-styling professionals), it took us 7 hours to get the job done!

PICT0035.jpg

Putting on the 'glue', or whatever you guys name it. In Holland we call it 'KIT'.

PICT0044.jpg

...hope it doesn't fall off...

PICT0052.jpg

Oke, looks fine. Give it at least 6 hours before the 'glue' holds tight.

And, the day after... My Bravo Abarth GT is finished! (Stage 1 that is! more to come!)

Hope u like it! :D

Next time I'll show you my I.C.E. install. That my profession. Took me 4 weeks to get it in, dut it's finished! ...everything runs at 220V AC, just like inside your house. (well, it's 110V in England right?).

Anyway, stay tuned ;)

Yes, that's exactly what i'm looking for! ...but, where can I get them? I'm looking for the tinted (smoke) side indicators.

It's strange that Fiat tinted the rear lights by default and somehow 'forgot' to tint the side indicators. If you take a look at the first post, second picture: I want to make the side indicators the same as the rear lights.

Any tips? Smoke spray? ...the Fiat dealer maybe? (probably outof the question)

Those smoked indicators...

Are they specially for Bravo, or is it a universal indicator with the same shape?
Fiat doesn't have them smoked, right?

Okay, thanks for the info! I'll start looking for them as soon as possible!

Oh, by the way, I've made a new photo-shoot during day-light, cause the other picture above suffered from a low *flash* powered digital camera.

Here's a nice one:

What's next:
- smoked side indicators
- 17" wheels (OZ or TSW)
- Pakfeifer or P&A diffuser (rear skirt)
- double exhaust pipe (left & right)
- lower this baby

I'll keep you guys updated :D
