Fiat Tipo 2.0 16v *Brakes*

Hello all

My brakes are running low and i need to replace them can anyone point me in the right direction of some front and rear discs and pads?
Performance ones are a must as i am heavy on the brakes and as we all know the Sedici's brakes are just about up to the job when it was new now 14 years later :bang:

Any help anyone?

Thanks i will look at them anyone else got any recomendations? i am also wanting to get my callipers done in red to match the sideskirt trim again any advice suggestions?
