Technical Fiat marea hlx turn signal probleme

hello evryone I have a problem with my turn signals, sometimes they turn on by themselves and stay on or turn on and off several times, but when I remove the fuse they work correctly again but i don't know how to fix that Is there a relay or is it electronic? I didn't see a relay under the steering wheel.
I got it for about a year and I've done 20 kilometers with it. I'd like to do an oil change and put in good oil. What do you recommend? (The previous owner didn't take good care of maintenance)

Check the downloads section of the forum, there's a FIAT Marea eLearn doc, which is the workshop manual. Normally it should also contain the wiring diagrams and descriptions of the electric system.
