FIAT ENGINEERS BAFFLED. MY CAR IS POSSESSED!!!

HHHHEEEEEELLLLPPPP!!!! I am getting damn angry with Fiat. They havent got a clue!!!

Fiat Bravo 1.4SX '97 on fourth throttle body, did fuel flush, engine flush, replaced ECU and still the damn thing is POSSESSED!!!

It revs to 3000rpm then cuts, hesitates, then revs to 4000rpm!!! I CANNOT drive it any longer and it is unsafe!

They keep on diagnosing the pot in the throttle body but as i said, its on its fourth, brand new. I am now out of warranty and am not willing to spend much more. They tell me they THINK my valves MIGHT be sticky but the truth is... THEY DONT BLOODY KNOW!!!!!!

CAN ANY ONE PLEEEEEEEASE HEEEEELPPPPPP MMMMEEEEEEE!!!!

Your car

Have you checked your ignition system such as ignition wire, coils, distributor (if any) or even you spark plugs. Also check your air filter and air flow meter. If they have the diagnostic tool, they can actually view the error log.

Sticking Valves

Thanks for the advice. The diagnostics said everything was ok except for the throttle body pot, which i had replaced four times.

I have tried another engine flush, this time using Wynnes engine flush. It seems to have worked. She is still a bit fluttery but there is certainly a marked improvement.

Fingers crossed or else its fix it again tomorrow.
