Hello guys I have a problem with my ducato 2.3multijet 2016.
I change the oil from 2 weeks ago ( Shell Helix Ultra Professional AT-L Engine Oil - 5W-30) I drive every day like 10 miles roughly and there were no problem at all. Today I drove 2 miles and the check engine light poped up. 2 minutes later white smoke was coming out from the engine as well as the exhoust. I filled it up with 1 l oil and the check engine light dissapeard also there were no more smoke coming out neighter. Do you have any ideea what could be the problem ? ( all the time has full power)

Any chance it is trying to do a DPF Regen?
If general use is slow speeds and short journeys around town then quite likely. Assuming no other issues.
Maybe try DPF cleaner additive in fuel tank and go for a 30mile run at around 2500rpm with no stops and see if that fixes it.
Modern diesels are crap with short journeys due to emission laws/equipment.
Check your owners handbook , it may have advice on just this problem.:)

Thank you for the answer. I would like to ask you if it appears in the dashboard when it does this DPF cleaning ? Because at mine only showed the “check engine”. Today I spoke all day with different people and they said that it must have been a coincidence that the check light dissapeard after I filled it up with oil. Today I left down the oil and I had that 1 l extra which I put in last night. Today at sunlight I noticed that when I accelerate it leaves smoke. I took some pictures and I’ll attache them. I am looking forward to your answer. Thank you

I agree with @Greasytrucker it does look sooty at end of exhaust manifold area.
Are you sure it was white smoke you saw which can be an indication of the Regen side we talked about.
Engine oil tends to be more"blue smoke" and too much diesel is more "black smoke"
Having had another look at the photos of sooty area is that near the EGR valve/cooler etc, as soot may be from there?
Sometimes if it makes noise you can locate with a damp rag over parts to see if muffles the noise as a way of locating it.

Not being a fan of diesels, but it also seems to me like a coincidence that the 'check engine' disappeared after adding the oil.

In the x250 there was no visual sign of DPF cleaning / burning. I've read on one of the forums that it is quite easy to install a LED to confirm it, as other FIAT models have such a thing. But not sure for which engines it was possible. Is it visible on MES?

Perhaps it would be worth to check.

Today we put the tester and gove that errors now I ordered the gasket and I change it when arriwe . The smoke was white I leave the oil down and I have the same amount what I put when I change the oil so that means is not eating a gr of oil hopefully is just regenerating and the smoke under the bonnet is beacause the gasket

Looking at the video I am not sure it is the exhaust gasket, but blowing from further to the left beyond the exhaust manifold.
Possible the EGR cooler area?
What do you think, my eyes are 71 years old;)

To me the exhaust leak is from the exhaust manifold to the EGR rather than the Exhaust manifold to the cylinder head, from looking at your first set of photos and the right hand one.
