Technical Fiat Ducato lock symbol

Hi I have a 2019 fiat Ducato 2.0 115 that’s started showing the lock/immobiliser on the dash intermittently it doesn’t matter what key I use it takes quite a few turns on/off for it to go off then it will start? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi

The aerial that reads the Chip in the key is traditionally at the lock barrel

Worth checking there isn't a different key on the ring.. Or something else that"confused" the signal

If it cannot be read, the vehicle remains immobilised

VERY Carefully, listen as you try and clear the immobiliser

He had a 1999 Fiat that would do this.. It was a dodgy relay..

Listening to the Click as it operated guided us to it's location
