Can anyone recommend a Fiat dealer within 30 miles ish of Worcester please

Like half of the UK.. you are probably NOT 'spoilt for choice'

Worth seeing if there is a Chrysler..or Good AlfaRomeo place around too

Baby Chrsysler is a 5 door 500

Alfas have been closely related for 30+ years

My old Alfa Specialist did my warranty servicing on a FIAT

I would assume that they believe OP is looking for a dealer to buy a car, and they are suggesting that they bypass the dealer and order from the Fiat Website. (I don't know if you can actually do this or not)
