Hello friends, I own 2018 Japanese Twinair. when I imported it it came with an aftermarket infotainment system, which as I found out is quite common in Japanese 500 cars. The thing is time and date and probably many other settings are set from the OEM infotainment unit and this one has no such ability. I can't set time from dashboard Menu + - button settings. It requires setting from the screen. is there a way to set time/date and other settings without OEM screen.

Unfortunately probably not without the factory system I don't know a way to change the time and date
Think a stick on lcd clock is called for?

Only way is to buy MultiEcuScan software and a cable. That's how I change DST twice a year 
Yes with MultiEcuscan and yellow cable adapter you can access the body computer and make adjustments to clock etc
