Exchange factory cd player/radio and blue&me for multimedia

So, after much problems with Blue&me in my musa/idea, I finally am ready to go to something newer. I am thinking about multimedia from aliexpres but I am wondering will steering wheel controls work, will factory microphone work with bluetooth calls etc. Anybody done that? Is there much rebuilding of installation or it is plug and play? Thanks!
