Technical ECU Rolling code problem ? My beautiful Panda 1000 won't start.

I'm pretty certain we have worked out the "repair" has not worked / technician broke part of ecu.

I hope that it's not the case.
I already sent it back to the technician, i paid him 250€ for it

So, this is the information of my car :

FIAT Panda I 3/5 portes (141) 1000 i.e. Cat 45 CV / 33 KW Fuel 1987 - 1998 156 A2.246​

The modele on your book that match this is the Panda 1.0 i.e hoc.

So according to my book it should have the Bosch Mono Jetronic A2.2?
I assume that would need a different wiring plug?
Unless the plug has been changed which would seem like a lot of hard work then yours came originally with the Weber-Marelli IAW SPi which I posted the ECU pin outs for.
If you think it has been changed or want the other Bosch Pin outs let me know.
