Technical Earth connection C030

Hello, does anybody know the exact location of the earthing point C030. It's somewhere at the rear of the vehicle but I don't find it.
My rear window heating does not work, however the window heater lines are ok but I have no earth. It could also be that the cables at the folding area of the rear door are broken, but I first want to check the earthing point. I wander also what the most common cause of this malfunction could be.

Most probably the cause is a broken wire in the rubber tube, as you suspect.

I will upload the doc with wiring diagram and component location as soon as it will be available.

Exact location can be under the rear bumper or inside the car (under the boot lining, on the side, not floor).

The same earth point is shared with the rear wiper and washing system, so if those are working correctly, it's not the earth problem, but a broken wire.

Yes, start by checking the relay and the wires in the concertina hose. The wires are well known for degrading and breaking over time.
