Hi. Does anyone know where the flasher relay is located on a 2013 fiat Ducato 130 multijet?

I believe that there isn't one and that the flasher function is performed by the Body Control Module

I believe, but cannot be 100% certain that there isn't one and that the function is performed by the Body Control Module

That is also my thought, as in my 2006, x244 (no body computer), the flasher relay function is performed by an electronic "switch control panel".
