Technical Ducato 2.8jtd motorhome alternator belt

The alternator belt for my 2.8 needs replacing and all my local supplier has is a 966 belt for the engine with a pulley between the alternator and the crank. Mine didn't have the pulley.
I'm unbelievably stupid as I threw the old one away. The 966 belt they offer is too big with no tension available.
Can anyone please advise which size I need?
