Hello.
I know that its not a right way to change fluid but i am interested in that option how iš can do it.
I want to open reservoir cup, pump old fluid out and pump same amount of new fluid in and close the cap.

I try to do that and when i open the cap i try to push 5mm pipe in but there is some kind of filter under the cap and i cant push down pipe through it.

Is there a way to push pipe through a filter or where is hole in reservoir where i could push pipe down and how?

Many hanks.

Hi, I'll see if I can help you...
The dualogic fluid tank has a "waist" section moulded onto it to allow access to the gearbox oil filler. Perhaps when you insert your hose it's hitting this waist?
Here's a picture not as it's fitted on the car. Filler cap is top right. Is your hose hitting the angled piece of plastic before it gets to the fluid below?

Hi and thanks for help.
I marked photo of my tank with arrows where i think hose is hitting.
That section is right under filler cap.

Ok, thanks for your photo. It does look like something else obstructing the hose🤔
Sorry I can't be more helpful, please let us know how you resolve the issue, I have all the fluids on hand and intend to do our Panda one rainy day soon.

If it were possible to change the oil this way, it would be the easiest for me, but I don't know how to get around that part at the top, so for now I'm giving up on this method until someone comes up with a way to change fluid on this way.

Otherwise, I'll do the change with method when when all the fluid has gone down into the reservoir and reached the max level (it takes about 4 hours or overnight if you leave the car running), I'll unscrew the pressure tube from the pump with a 11-gauge brake wrench, put a bucket underneath it, and by opening the door, drain the fluid into the bucket, but I'll let a little fluid into the reservoir so that air doesn't get into the pump.

Put the pressure tube back in and pour in new fluid to the max level. After that, start the car and go through all gears n, r, 1 around 5 minutes.

And then i will repeat this process one more time to clean the oil a little more with the change, because there's still some left in the rest of the robot system.

Otherwise, for this method of change, you must have brake wrenches.

I made my own but they don't work because they are wider and thinner and they ruin the pipe nut.

Now I bought new wrenches and I see that I should have done it that way right away.

I have changed robot oil Today. Brake spanner 11 fit perfect and i have unwind without problem.

Then i drain out 0,4l by opening door. And fill 0.4l New CS speed fluid.

Then i shift speeds few minutes n,r,1 to mix fluid and wait for fluid to fill reservoir another 4 hours then i repeat same procedure. Drain 0.4 from reservoir and fill 0.4new fluid and close cap.

Then i made clutch drain 3 Times and end of Line calibration with alfaobd.

Its not necessary because there was no error when i change fluid and gearbox work but i do anyway as its recommended to extend robot lifetime.

Then i made test drive around 20km and all was ok.

I am satisfied that i made by myself :)

I Will change fluid every 20 000 km with same procedure.
