Technical Does anyone know where the window "anti-pinch" software lives?

I'm having a problem rolling up both the front-row windows in my 2019 Fiat 500L. The window switches are fine; the motors are fine, but both windows will trip the anti-pinch protection when we try to put them up. It's a consistent and current problem.
I've taken it into the dealer with no luck, but what I'd like to do is take it back to the dealer and be able to tell them which control unit to reflash in an attempt to get this issue to stop.
So, is that software in the body control module? Somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

Allmost certainly part of the main body computer
But check the window channels are clear and clean most likely issue

I was going to suggest ecu but anti pinch windows preceded the ecu era I believe and I wonder is it actually simpler and a function of the window motor?

Clean the window channels out, its likely the window is taking more effort to roll up and the car is thinking there is an obstruction. Lots of soapy water and something that you can work into the rubber gap in the seal to dig out any dirt or debris.
