Delphi f263bt radio code

Hi everyone im new to fiat ownership and have bought a dublo van but the radio bluetooth mic wasn’t working so i have got a replacement radio but its code is required can anyone help as im going round the bend trying to sort this

Delphi radios can't be decoded from the serial number. Only way is to read an EPROM chip inside the radio. Alternatively, if it's the original radio fitted to the car when it was produced, you may be able to get the code from a Fiat dealer.

I don't have an EPROM reader, so there's never been any point in me opening a Delphi radio to read the chip.
