I have a 76 spider that will not achieve more than 3200 RPMS. I’m not a mechanic so I have one that says the problem is the engine has no pressure. What is the standard cylinder pressure for this car?

I would say roughly 150psi and less than 10psi difference.Around the 1970s brand new Mazdas used to be around 180psi when new.
Is engine running evenly? If so I would be surprised if low compression was stopping high revs.
Is it using oil or water, any other symptoms?
