Technical Couldn't take the wiring off the throttle body housing - HOW?

So it's kinda hard to see in this pic, but there's a wire connected to the electronic throttle body (obviously).

I could not get it disconnected.

I did realize I need to push (or was it pull?) on the YELLOW "thing" (connector) but I then could not figure out how to pull the wire out.

Advice, pic, link, would be much appreciated!

IIRC you pull the yellow bit so you can push in a tab to disconnect.

I'm kind of lazy and don't put my glasses on a lot of the time...point being look really really close and there will be a clue to what you do.
