Hello. Does anyone know the recommended torque for changing new spark plugs in 1.3 GSE Firefly engines?

No but sometimes these torque figures depend upon the make of plug and the seat/seal style.
Some have tapered seats, some with squash washers some with both.
Appreciate this does not answer your question but would suggest you reference the plug manufacturer's website and tech data for your car and plug.
