Has anyone had to replace the middle one on the cylinder block??

The metal pipe to the water pump seems to be in the way. Do i need to strip much down to get to the hole and replace the plug???

Also..whats the best way to clean/seal/tap it in???

Any help would be great as i've never had to do it and the manual says nothing!!!

The metal pipe running across the engine block to the water pump can be removed quite easily. I know there is a bracket/ bolt that holds it in place and I'm fairly sure it's just a push fit into the housing with a rubber 'o' ring. Drain cooling system, remove pipe and then you'll have plenty of access. With the cooling system drained you may as well pop the radiator out to give you even more room to work (y)

Not sure on the core plug, I think you just use silcone/ RTV sealant and drift it back in? Been a long time since I had to do one of those myself.
