Hi, i will try my best to explain my problem in English.

I had a big service on my 2008 mod Fiat ducato 2,3 multijet.

So i also changed my timing belt and water pump. No i have problem with the cooling system. I was driving for 10 minutes approximately, the some strange noises came along and the temperature was at red.

I stopped and open the hood. To see that the water tank was extremely full. I then waited a few minutes with the heat inside the car on full speed. After a minute the water sank to perfect and the temperature sensor was normal. I sat back inside the car and drove for 10 minutes and the same happend. Water tank was extremely full, waited a minute and the water level sank to normal.

Why?.

Hello,

In my opinion there's an airlock in the system. There should be a bleeding procedure.

In the download section here:

There is the eLearn module downloadble (you have to unzip it, then mount the iso file as a virtual CD, install it on a PC and you'll be able to access the contents) + training + maintenance manuals available. Check those, it should be in one of them.
