I've been playing music in my Alfa Giulietta from my iPhone connected to the Blue&Me system via USB, like an iPod. Here comes the mystery: no one else's iPhone can play music using the USB. The iPhone recognises that the "dock connector" is present, and I select that it should play audio using that, but I can't switch the radio into music player mode (pressing the MEDIA button after switching to CD mode).
Did anyone ever encounter this anomaly?
P.S.: all of the iPhone which I have tried are iPhone 11 or newer, mine (the only one which's working) is an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
